• Kinross Gold Corporation, from pleadings to trial, on the interpretation of a multimillion-dollar supply contract

• A shareholder on appeal of an oppression remedy case

• A health services company in the termination of a services agreement

• A privately held consulting firm on oppression remedy claims made by its exiting shareholders

• Advising a small publicly traded company on a potential oppression remedy claim by a minority shareholder

• An individual in relation to a real estate transaction that failed to close

• A public utility in a billion dollar breach of contract claim

• A small business on a breach of contract and negligence claim for services rendered to a university
